When does my monthly crate ship?
Subscription crates typically ship between the 10th and 15th of every month. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made before the 1st of the month to apply to that month's shipment.
How do I choose the correct size for apparel?
We provide a detailed size chart on our product pages. If you need to update your sizing preferences for your subscription, you can do so in your profile settings.
